Who am I?
I’m from New England. That should say enough, but I am a college professor by day and a YA horror writer by night. I live a short drive from where “Lizzy Borden took an axe and gave her mother forty whacks. When she saw what she had done, she gave her father forty-one.”
Why listen to the podcast?
I aim to establish a horror community that is obsessed with all things horror. It’s for those who love to be scared shitless. I know…you have to be a bit unhinged to love the scary stuff. Hey, no judgment here.
Extra credit for being a bit crazy and psychotic, too.
Why is it a place for growth?
You can feed your knowledge of horror and take a walk on the dark side. What could go wrong?
You’ll be learning from an academic. A professional, so this is the place for you. Don’t worry…we have snacks. Candles. Ouija Boards. Tarot cards. Salt. Holy water (just in case).
Topics?
All things horror! Genre deep-dives, books, movies, TV shows, and if you want to write a terrifying story of your own, you can join a Terror class. It’s the only syllabus that just might kill you.
BEWARE: The classes are not for the faint of heart.
DISCLAIMER: Not responsible for nightmares possession (no worries, I know a guy), or your untimely departure from this planet.
